In 2026, the BMW XM is the flagship SUV for consumers in the German market and the XM rises over the competition with grit, power and style.

Powered by a 4.4-liter twin-turbo 32-valve and integrated electric motor, this all-wheel drive hybrid is amazing, to say the least.

Offering 30 miles of pure electric range, the BMW XM boasts 577 horsepower and 553 pound-feet of torque on the combustion side and an additional 194 horsepower and 206 pound-feet of torque on the electric side. Used simultaneously, that combines for 738 horsepower and 738 pound-feet of torque.

To say the BMW XM Label is a monster is an understatement. Yet it's also packed with tons of comfort and style, giving off the aura of a seven-series sedan. It's impressive actually.

Wrapped in Frozen Tanzanite Blue Metallic, with a matte finish, our week-long XM Label tester offered three drive modes, sat on 22-inch M Dual-Spoke Bicolor wheels, offered a slew of standard equipment, as well as the M Driver’s package for an additional $2,500. Safety features, connectivity and great handling and braking were just a few of the items that stood out for us, while the Bowers & Wilkins Diamond Surround Sound System was flawless.

Although expensive, the BMW XM Label is a standout in the crowd. It delivers power and style like no other SUV and doesn't skimp on anything. BMW has certainly stayed ahead of the curve in the most recent decades and continues to deliver for the consumer in many categories. Although a driver-friendly vehicle, the XM Label also lives up to BMW's motto “The Ultimate Driving Machine.”
