Shannon Elizabeth wants to "make the most of every moment".

The 52-year-old actress launched her OnlyFans account in April, following her split from husband Simon Borchert, and Shannon admits that she feels "happiest" when she's being productive.

Asked about the latest chapter in her life, Shannon told Us Weekly: "I envision being very busy. I envision this being, like, one of my best chapters.

"I want to be busy with projects. I want to be busy with my charity. I want everything to just grow and be successful."

Shannon has found a renewed sense of purpose since splitting from her husband.

The actress - who previously founded the Shannon Elizabeth Foundation - said: "I don't like sitting around and doing nothing. I feel like I'm just under-achieving. I have to do stuff, and I'm working all the time."

Shannon is now intent on making the most of opportunities that come her way.

She shared: "I really feel the older we get, the faster it goes. And for me, I can't even believe how much time has passed, because I feel like it was just yesterday [I was starting my career]. I don't feel any different. It doesn't feel like time has passed."

Shannon previously claimed to be feeling "stronger, clearer, and happier" following her separation from her husband.

The actress - who became a sex symbol in the 90s and 2000s, after starring in Scary Movie and the American Pie film franchise - told Us Weekly: "I've been separated since September of last year, and this has been a thoughtful, ongoing process - not something that happened in the past few days. The meaningful pieces are already behind me, and only the formalities remain."

Shannon - who married Simon in 2021 - added: "This is a new chapter for me, and it's one I'm genuinely excited about. I feel stronger, clearer, and happier than I have in a very long time."
