Mel B reveals why she's always late

Spice Girls star Mel B is always late because she has "no concept of time".
The 51-year-old pop singer was diagnosed with ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) when she was in her 40s and she's convinced it explains her regular tardiness because her brain "works differently on so many levels".
She told The Telegraph newspaper: ""I have ADHD so I have no concept of time. I was only diagnosed with ADHD, and also dyslexia, in my 40s and I wish I had known about it when I was at school.
"I now understand that my brain works differently on so many levels - including time frames."
Mel went on to explain why she's always late, adding: "If someone says: 'We need to leave in 30 minutes', I think I can get a bath, watch the end of a Netflix show, groom my dog and do a bit of meditation.
"People who know me now get that they have to keep gently reminding me to get a move on (but secretly I quite like having no sense of time".
In the interview, Mel went on to talk about how little her life has changed since she turned 50 - insisting she's "proud" to be older.
She added: "People talk about it like your life is over. It's not. I'm bloody proud to be 51. It's just the beginning of a different chapter.
"I'm a firm believer that life gets better. With age comes experience and wisdom, and you care a lot less about what other people think."
It comes after Mel found herself at the centre of gossip suggesting she's fallen out with fellow Spice Girls star Geri Horner.
Geri sparked rumours of tensions within the group of former Spice Girls when she posted a picture of them on Instagram and tagged every member apart from Mel B.
In the post to mark 30 years since the release of their debut single Wannabe, Mel's name was included but there was no tag which led some fans to speculate she's been blocked by Geri as the pair no longer appear in each other's Instagram "following" lists.
However, fellow Spice Girls singer Mel C seemingly dismissed rumours of a feud by insisting all the members are "in touch" and "respectful of each other".
Speaking during an appearance at the Nordoff And Robbins Silver Clef Awards at the Royal Albert Hall in London on Thursday (09.07.26), Mel C told the BBC: "It was a very emotional day yesterday. We're all in touch obviously, all of the girls, we're so grateful and respectful of each other."
