“Full House” star Lori Loughlin is formally ending her nearly 30-year marriage to fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli.

The 62-year-old sitcom actor said the pair separated on Aug. 31, 2025, according to TMZ, who reviewed the filing.

Loughlin reportedly cited irreconcilable differences in a filing that says details of the pair’s prenuptial agreement will be decided on later. They reportedly sold their $12.65 million California mansion late last year.

The couple married in 1997 and share two adult children.

Their union was tested when they pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges in connection with scamming to get their daughters, Olivia Jade and Bella Giannulli, into the University of Southern California. That scandal, which involved several prominent families, was dubbed “Operation Varsity Blues.”

Loughlin was sentenced in 2020 to two months in prison for her role in the caper. Giannulli, 63, was given a five-month sentence.

She posted video on Instagram Tuesday that’s captioned “Here’s to things working out.”

Loughlin starred in more than 150 episodes of ABC’s “Full House” between 1988 and 1995. She revised her role as Rebecca Katsopolis for that show’s 2016 reboot, “Fuller House.” Loughlin also made repeat appearances on the daytime soap opera “The Edge of Night” as well as the coming-of-age primetime program “90210.”

Giannulli founded the Mossimo clothing brand in 1986, then sold it for $119 million in 2006, according to Women’s Wear Daily.
