NEW YORK — Milania Giudice has publicly apologized to her mother, “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, following an incident at a Florida airport last month.

Milania offered her digital mea culpa on Tuesday by way of Instagram stories, resharing a post with text reading, “The older I get the more I appreciate how I was raised and who I was raised by,” per TMZ.

The 20-year-old added: “You are the best … sorry mother.” She also included Justin Timberlake’s 2006 hit song “What Goes Around…Comes Around” in the post.

Milania made headlines last month after she was caught on video in a heated exchange with her mother and older sister, 25-year-old Gia, at Tampa International Airport. She shared, and then deleted one of the clips, which sees the trio of women being escorted by police through the airport.

“This is what we do now,” Milania can be heard saying in the clip, which quickly made the rounds online.

Giudice then responded: “I love you.”

In separate bodycam footage obtained by TMZ, Giudice can be heard telling police that Milania had fentanyl in her system from a previous incident, prompting Milania to claim she’d been laced. Gia also tells the officers that her family has hired a counselor for her sister.

In wake of the incident, a rep said that Milania was “under the care of professionals,” while Giudice begged the public for privacy.

“Milania has experienced tremendous heartbreak and significant psychological trauma after losing two of her best friends,” Giudice said in a statement posted to her Instagram story. “She is a young woman going through an incredibly difficult and deeply personal time, and she deserves the opportunity to heal without every moment of her pain being analyzed publicly.”
