Caleb Cunningham, Jalen Duren lead Pistons over Nuggets

DETROIT — The Detroit Pistons held a nine-point lead over the Denver Nuggets with three minutes left in the fourth quarter. However, the Nuggets embarked on a 7-0 run, highlighted by Jamal Murray's triple, bringing Denver within two points (112-110) with two minutes left in the fourth quarter.
After a 3-point field goal by Tobias Harris (11 points) on Detroit's next possession, the Pistons showcased their clutch performance in a 124-121 victory on Tuesday night at Little Caesars Arena. The Pistons picked up their fifth victory over the previous six games, while also improving their overall record to 37-12.
Cade Cunningham led the way with 29 points and 10 assists. Jalen Duren recorded his fourth consecutive double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds. Duncan Robinson added 20 points on 6-of-9 shooting from behind the arc.
Murray led Denver with 32 points and eight assists. Nikola Jokić added 22 points and 15 rebounds.
