Jaime King's ex Austin Sosa asks judge to end their marriage

Jaime King's estranged husband has filed paperwork asking a judge to end the former couple's marriage by default.
Austin Sosa filed paperwork to end the marriage on January 22 after the couple tied the knot in secret, but TMZ.com now reports he's asked for the court to bring the union to an end even though an agreement has yet to be worked out between them.
The website reports Sosa filed documents asking for the marriage to be ended by default explaining they don't have a settlement agreement in place but there are no assets or debts to complicate the process and he's given up his right to collect spousal support from the actress.
The Hart of Dixie actress, 46, confirmed her engagement to the investment banker last July after a whirlwind six-month romance and later insisted she was too busy focusing on her kids to plan a wedding, but it was later revealed the pair tied the knot in secret and Sosa has filed for divorce to bring the union to an end.
The date of the pair's wedding has yet to be revealed. Jaime is mother to two sons, James, 12, and 10-year-old Leo - with her ex-husband Kyle Newman.
After the divorce petition was filed, Jaime declared she had no idea her former partner was planning to end the marriage officially.
She told Us Weekly: "I was completely blindsided by the divorce filing, which came out of nowhere. "I was with Austin the night before it became public, and while like many marriages we had normal challenges, I genuinely believed we were working on our relationship ...
Jaime added: "This is deeply personal and should remain private, and I hope people will stop making assumptions - particularly ones that unfairly and disproportionately scrutinise women simply for doing their jobs."
Back in October Jaime had insisted she was too busy looking after her sons to concentrate on planning a wedding.
She told Us Weekly magazine: "My main focus is them [the kids]. So my main focus is not necessarily planning some extravaganza. My focus is chilling with them, enjoying my time with them.
"Enjoying their time with Austin and our other friends that love them so dearly. It would be too singular of a focus to make it just about a wedding.
"To me, every day is about being very present. And you know, focusing on the children first and foremost. The wedding, it's honestly not the main thing in terms of a ceremony. It's just a vow that's extremely important, and [being] happy and enjoying our time together. "
