Harper Beckham left 'heartbroken and devastated' by Brooklyn Beckham estrangement ahead of her 15th birthday

Harper Beckham's upcoming 15th birthday has reportedly become another painful reminder of the ongoing rift within the Beckham family.
Sources claim the teen's parents Sir David Beckham and Lady Victoria Beckham fear their daughter will again miss hearing from her estranged eldest brother, Brooklyn Beckham, when she turns 15 on Friday (10.07.26.)
Harper is said to have remained close to Brooklyn, 27, before he announced he wanted to become estranged from his family, but it's believed she has not spoken to him since the dispute escalated last year.
According to the Daily Mail, a source said: "Harper is heartbroken and devastated at her brother's decision not to speak to her and now her birthday is just days away it becomes a difficult scenario once again.
"They were so close. Now he won't speak to her and she can't understand why. There is nothing worse for Harper than him ignoring her on her birthday.
"All she wants is to have a relationship with her big brother. It is so horrifying and awful for David and Victoria to see."
The source added: "Of course, everyone else in the family shows Harper so much love. But for the second year running it's likely there will be nothing from Brooklyn. It's not her fault that he is estranged. They've never had a cross word."
The Beckham family tensions have continued to dominate headlines since Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz, distanced themselves from David, Victoria and the wider Beckham family in the lead-up to David's 50th birthday celebrations in 2025.
Brooklyn and Nicola did not attend any of the celebrations, with the situation later escalating after Brooklyn published a lengthy social media statement in January.
In it, he wrote: "I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private."
He added: "I do not want to reconcile with my family. I'm not being controlled, I'm standing up for myself for the first time in my life."
Brooklyn also alleged: "My parents have controlled narratives in the press about our family."
Last year, Brooklyn and Nicola publicly marked Harper's birthday by sharing the same photograph of the three of them on Instagram.
It is understood, however, Harper has not spoken to Brooklyn since before the family dispute intensified in April 2025.
The latest reports follow the revelation Harper travelled to Brooklyn and Nicola's home in Beverly Hills alone after attending David's Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in Los Angeles.
According to reports, Brooklyn and Nicola were not at home and Harper left a letter for her brother instead.
After photographs of the visit emerged, representatives for Brooklyn and Nicola suggested the visit had been "choreographed" because photographers were present - while sources close to the Beckhams rejected that suggestion as "untrue and unfair".
Friends of David and Victoria have also rejected suggestions Brooklyn has avoided speaking to Harper because doing so would place her in an uncomfortable position within the family, describing that explanation as "a stupid and insulting excuse", according to the Daily Mail.
David, who enjoyed one of football's most celebrated careers with Manchester United, Real Madrid, LA Galaxy, AC Milan, Paris Saint-Germain and England before becoming co-owner of Inter Miami, has continued to receive public support from Victoria and the couple's sons Romeo Beckham and Cruz Beckham throughout the dispute.
Victoria, whose career first took off with the Spice Girls before building her fashion label, has also continued to post family photographs including Brooklyn despite the estrangement.
The Beckham family feud has remained one of the most closely followed celebrity stories of the past year, with Brooklyn maintaining his position that he and Nicola want "peace, privacy and happiness" following his January statement, while David and Victoria have continued to share public messages of support for their eldest son on occasions including his birthday.
